Menu 1: R 1500 pp includes wine pairing
Pumpkin cappuccino – Braised lamb shank & Parmesan
Prawn wrapped in Vermicelli, Lemon aioli & Marinated cucumber
Marinated trout – Tea & Cucumber
Braised beef shortrib, Grilled Beetroot, Salted Yoghurt, Walnuts, Duck egg crème brulee, Poached rhubarb, Lemon verbena

Menu 2: R 2000 pp includes wine pairing
French brown onion soup, Madumbi Crema & Truffle pearls
Cured salmon, Smoked crème fraiche
Bitter leaves & Honey mustard dressing
Vegetable tian, Aged balsamic, Parmesan shortbread, Basil, Dehydrated beets,
Dried berry dust & Smoked mussel emulsion, Herb infused rolled lamb, Sauteed spinach,
