This classic Constantia Noble Late Harvest wine blooms with generous ripe apricot, melon, fynbos and baked apple characters, with sumptuous sweetness balanced by riveting natural acidity to a long succulent fresh finish. The grapes were fermented on their skins, ten months old French barrel matured. Alcohol: 10.1%, Res. Sugar: 229 g/l, Total acidity: 8.37 g/l. pH: 3,00, Total SO2: 141 ppm
